The staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the assistance I needed and offering great tips on places to visit. Additionally, the restaurant's food was excellent! I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Amazing location!

Amazing hotel! The pools are next to the bar and restaurant, in front of the beach. Beach service with chairs and umbrellas is available only for hotel guests. We're coming back again soon!

Serviço horrível!

Atendimento do serviço de restaurante e bar da piscina péssimo, ao pode de precisar levantar para precisar ir fazer um pedido. Pintura sendo feita nos apartamentos ao lado em pleno final de semana, desencadeando crise alérgica a nos que estávamos com bebê. Camareira batendo na porta para fazer limpeza do quarto, acordou bebê que estava dormindo, e gritando na sacada para a colega levar shampoo. Falta preparo de equipe e respeito com os hóspedes. Bar da praia muito sujo e fora do péssimo atendimento a cerveja muito quente, preferimos levantar e ir para outro local da cidade.

Ótimo hotel!

Atendeu a nossa expectativa de hospedagem para viagem de férias com a família. Pé na areia, com piscina e serviço de praia. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Clubinho com monitoras e atividades para as crianças. Praia em frente ao hotel muito agradável. Na maré baixa o paredão de pedra formava uma grande piscina quase sem ondas e com visualização de tartarugas marinhas. Na maré alta, banho de mar com ondas gostosas. Apesar de algumas algas, eram bem poucas em comparação a outras áreas da praia. Café da manhã gostoso e farto, apenas as frutas que achei poucas opções. Comida do restaurante que serve praia e piscina muito gostosa e valor razoável considerando os restaurantes da cidade. Atendimento de todos os funcionários com quem tivemos contato foi muito amigável e cordial. Único ponto que deixou a desejar foi a pressão do chuveiro do nosso quarto, que poderia ser maior para um banho mais gostoso. O hotel fica em frente à balsa da travessia de Porto Seguro a Arraial. Estávamos de carro e não tivemos problema de estacionamento, mas para quem não ficar de carro, há vans que ficam paradas logo ali na frente com traslado para a cidade e outros pontos turísticos. Percebemos ser um hotel familiar e muitos dos demais hóspedes com quem conversamos já haviam se hospedado lá e estavam retornando. Também viemos embora com vontade de voltar ao Aquarela.
