O hotel é muito bom, atendimento na recepção muito boa, assistência nos quartos muito rápida. Única coisa que não gostei foi o café da manhã, já que é um hotel voltado para família, e família com crianças, achei que o café da manhã não atende muito bem. Meu filho não gosta de quase nada, e o que ele mais come em viagens é pão com molho de cachorro quente, o que não foi servido em nenhum dia... tive que me virar procurando coisas na cidade para ele comer. Fora isso, tudo muito agradável.

Uma estadia super agradável!

A estadia foi otima. A piscina é maravilhosa! Limpa, agua morna e o mais legal é que uma parte dela é coberta. Achei muito legal. O pessoal do bar e do restaurante são solícitos e educados! Você utiliza a propria chave do quarto como comanda para fazer pedido no bar, restaurante e no quarto. Muito conveniente. No check-out vc paga a conta. O quarto que fiquei não é reformado, mas tudo funciona bem. A única ressalva é para a toalha de banho que e muito velha. Deveriam melhorar nesse quesito. O parque aquático tambem é muito legal. Todo reformado, muito bonito. Os banheiros são limpos. O Hotel fica a 50 metros da barraca Toa a toa que é bem legal. O hotel também tem uma barraca de praia bem bonita logo em frente. A piscina fica aberta até as 21h. Uma delicia se refrescar em noites abafadas. Eles tem musica ao vivo toda a noite. Gostei muito. Só não dou nota 10 pro hotel por conta das toalhas e o quarto ser um pouco velhinho. Mas se vc não se importa com isso, pode reservar sem medo que nao vai se arrepender. Sua familia vai adorar curtir esse hotel!

O hotel é realmente incrível, funcionários atenciosos tem uma infraestrutura maravilhosa especialmente quando vai com crianças, tem restaurante no próprio hotel com variedades de comidas, só os preços do cardápio deles são bem elevados em comparação com outros lugares !

Hotel que tinha tudo pra ser top Mas é muito ruim Limpeza não existe banheiro totalmente encardido que você joga água no canto sai sujeira , Box nunca viu uma bucha na vida ! Ar condicionado do quarto na regula você congela de frio ,fora que controle do ar condicionado é arcaico e na parede não funciona! Café da manhã precário não tem opções ,piscina água e até turva (grossa ) horários das coisas muito nada haver sauna funcionamento 17:00 a 19:00 Park das crianças 12:00 a 17:00 valor das comidas dentro do hotel caríssima e muito ruim um prato de comida 65,00 reais prato individual Pelo valor não compensa! Muito caro pra não oferecer Você acha melhores opções com o mesmo valor ou até mais barato !

O hotel superou as expectativas, começando pela recepção e pelo atendimento dos funcionários. A atenção dos monitores nos parques com as crianças e na área kids foi impecável.
