Colchão de pedra

A estrutura do hotel em si é até legal, mas a cama que nos foi oferecida era mais dura que o próprio chão. Primeiro que nos ofereceram pra dormir com a bebe de quase 2 anos no meio de nos, em uma cama de casal. Depois que, ao pedir sobre a troca de colchao, fomos informados que so poderiam verificar no dia seguinte. Como tinhamos apenas uma diária, tivemos uma pessima experiencia nesse sentido

O que o hotel oferece é compatível com o preço, achei injusto cobrar estacionamento nunca vi isso em toda minha vida, a piscina é pequena mas é boa, limpa o café da manhã não é surpreendente, não tem variedades, mas é bom, me hospedaria novamente

Experiência foi boa. Cama boa, picina ótima. Tive problemas com a conservacao/manutencao dos apartamentos. Cartao chave e conservacao geral do apartamento. Nao tem área de fumantes e cobra 30,00 pela diária da garagem.

A equipe é boa, so precisam melhorar o gerente que nao quis me atender e mandou recado dizendo que so me atenderia em horario comercial. E os outros dias nem um bom dia da, so serve para controlar quem entra e quem sai do cafe da manhã.Uma bagunca na area da piscina varias pessoas colocando JBl altissimas e o hotel , mesmo avisando com placa que era proibido nada fez, mas para me negar um talher emprestado , isso fizeram. Cafe da manha basico e o mesmo todo dia. Fiquei mais de 15 dias pois a hotéis.com me proporcionou uma diaria de R$ 90,00 e por esse preço e a boa limpeza dos quartos , e a gentileza de alguns funcionários, para mim compensou. Parabens aos funcionários Jamile, Marli, Edson, Alexandre, joao, Claudia e larissa, voces fazem diferença na qualidade do atendimento. Aconteceu algumas coisas nao legais mas por esses funcionários que citei acima que faziam um bom trabalho, nao vou citar os ocorridos. Mas depois que mudou a gestao desse hotel , ele caiu demais na qualidade. So vale mesmo quando a diaria esta nesse valor no qual paguei. Uma pena, pois antes fazia muita indicações, mas hoje prefiro nao ariscar.

BARATA, 30 REAIS ESTACIONAMENTO POR DIA,

Sempre me hospedei qdo era Monte Pascoal smart pois moro em Porto e sempre levo as pessoas lá e me hospedo c o marido, sempre pedíamos, na reserva, um determinado quarto q j estávamos acostumados e o monte Pascoal já fazia essa gentileza, solicitamos e nem importaram pedi na recepção e falaram q n tinha e q trocaria a gente no dia seguinte sendo q tinha 2 pessoas na nossa frente q eles estavam dando a opção deles escolherem o quarto q era justamente o q queríamos. A moça q estava na recepção uma de roupa preta baixa e usa óculos cabelos nos ombros super grossa xingando hóspede pq chegou cedo falando coisas sem necessidade q poderia ser em off. Café da manhã repetitivo bolos q foram e voltaram pães ressecados. Contato q no responde mesmo tendo o insta falaram q n é deles mas link vai pra rede de hotéis deles. Tenho uma turma de uns 20 casais p agosto q estava esperando só meu aval p fechar c o hotel pq sempre elogiei mas infelizmente n recomendo. Quarto c baratas banheiro c cabelos na parede. E o mais triste COBRAR 30 POR DIA P ESTACIONAR coisa essa q desconheço hotéis aqui da região fazer isso pois já nos hospedamos em vários, chegou um carro q era pra prestar serviço e o rapaz tirou o carro pq disse q n ia pagar pq estava trabalhando, deixamos o nosso na rua tb q é tranquilo. NÃO RECOMENDO pq quem já tem o costume de se hospedar. Passei vergonha c o pessoal q levei pq falei maravilhas do hotel. Creio q n deram importância p o meu pedido pelo fato de ter feito a reserva aqui
