Hotel com potencial, mas precisa de melhorias urge

Alguns pontos da experiência deixaram a desejar. A receptividade, cordialidade e disponibilidade da equipe precisam melhorar. O quarto possuía três camas de solteiro, sendo que duas estavam unidas como se fossem uma de casal, o que tornou a noite desconfortável devido à junção entre os colchões. A descarga da privada não funcionava pelo botão — precisei retirar a tampa para acionar manualmente, o que considero inaceitável. O chuveiro também apresentou problemas: a torneira da água fria estava com defeito. Além disso, a abordagem constante de um funcionário na entrada do hotel, solicitando identificação, pulseira e outras informações todas as vezes em que retornávamos, foi excessiva e desconfortável. Apesar de ser um hotel de grande porte, com vários espaços ociosos, não há uma academia disponível — algo lamentável para um empreendimento desse porte. Por outro lado, o café da manhã atendeu às expectativas.

MARAVILHOSO!

Hotel INCRÍVEL! Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei, instalações maravilhosas, tudo novinho. Cama grande, lenço umidecido no banheiro, kit com cotonete, enxaguante bucal e mais mimos. Quando reservei optei pela opção de pagar diretamente no hotel, e mesmo assim descontaram do meu cartão, não sei se o erro foi do app ou do hotel, mas eles resolveram numa boa, me ressarciram pois eu já havia pago em dinheiro. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Enfim, zero defeitos! Recomendo de olhos fechados.

excelente estadia

Area comum do hotel é excelente, meus filhos gostaram muito da sala de jogos, atendimento muito bom e bar da piscina com valores justos, café da manhã com tapioca feita na hora foi um diferencial. Os quartos eram confortaveis mas poderiam ser mais iluminados e melhor decorados.

Um bom Hotel.

Segunda vez neste hotel, a primeira vez estava em reforna após a compra da rede Ramada. hotel foi todo reformado, quarto confortável, excelente atendimento. Somente o cafe da manha que nao muda nada, é sempre as mesmas coisas todos os dias. Mas é somente um detalhe, no geral muito bom o hotel.

Local maravilhoso, tive alguns problemas, pedir um quarto térreo pois minha mãe não poderia subir escadas chegando lá o quarto tinha que subir escadas , mas foi resolvido. Café da manhã bom a janta achei repetitiva não tinha muitas opção ainda mais de masas todos os dias tinha macarrão. Os funcionários muitos educados ainda mais os da limpeza e recepção , só um rapaz na recepção que interferio do quarto térreo mais foi resolvido. A Jerusa muito educada, gentil, mulher incrível que sabe administrar o estabelecimento, muito obrigado Jerusa. Hotel muito confortável, aconchegante , quarto limpos área de lazer gostosa , hotel em frente para o mar . Não tinha toalhas para picina na recepção falaram para mim que a lavanderia não tinha repassado as toalhas.Banheiros da área de lazer sempre muito bem limpos. Foi bom passar este feriado com família lá .

bem razoável... piscinas confusas com interligação infantil adulto, borda da piscina esverdeada. chegamos com 26min do check-in e nao liberaram nossa entrada, sem verificar se o quarto estava pronto, nao nos ofereceram ficar no hotel para aguardar, somente ofertado almoco por 70,00 por pessoa para comer folha, bife e pernil bem fora da realidade. uma verdadeira farofada na piscina com hospedes comendo de tudo vindo da rua, piscina lotada servico de atendimento na piscina e recepcao bem lentos e sem solucoes práticas e eficientes cafe da manha bem repetitivo, basico e sem guloseimas um pino segura porta q estorei meu dedo batendo diversas x naquela b..
