Embedded in the dreamlike landscape of Corsica, Casa Trè Fari near Porto Vecchio is the ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions. The famous beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia with fine sand and crystal-clear water are just a few kilometres away. Quieter pebble bays like Rosumarinu offer perfect conditions for snorkelling. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails, hidden bays and picturesque mountain villages.
The name Casa Trè Fari comes from the unique location of the house: three lighthouses are visible from the property, creating a special atmosphere at night.
The owners have a deep connection to the sea: the father, builder of the house, was an enthusiastic diver until his 80s. The family has long been connected to the sea and they are passionate sailors who often travel in this area. This passion is reflected in the loving maritime design of the house.
The house is completely ground floor and barrier-free. On 150 m², it offers space for up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds, a living-sleeping room with its own bathroom ("Studio") ensure a flexible room layout. There is a large bathroom with a double shower, a separate toilet and a barrier-free bathroom.
The heart of the house is the modern kitchen with a cooking island and high-quality Siemens appliances. While cooking, you can enjoy the view of the sea and the La Chiappa lighthouse. The living room convinces with a cosy atmosphere, a fireplace with a viewing window and direct access to the surrounding panoramic terrace with stylish lighting. On the terrace, a Napoleon gas grill ensures enjoyable evenings under the open sky. Large windows with fly screens connect the interior and exterior. In the large garden, a sunbathing lawn and a lounge area invite you to relax. High-quality sun loungers offer maximum comfort. An air conditioning system with heating function ensures pleasant temperatures in any season.

Great importance was placed on environmental compatibility during the design. A photovoltaic system ensures the use of renewable energy, while an e-car charging station (wallbox) supports environmentally friendly mobility. Energy-saving LED lighting and water-efficient sanitary facilities sustainably reduce resource consumption.
The construction of a pool was deliberately avoided - out of consideration for the limited water resources of the island.
Instead, the decision was made to offer an optionally rentable motorboat (200 PS, with sunbathing area, only with a valid French boat licence, weekly, price on request). This solution enables unforgettable nature experiences on the water without burdening local infrastructure with additional water or energy consumption. The boat offers the opportunity to discover the beauty of the coast responsibly - a conscious compensation for the renunciation of water-intensive leisure activities on land.
