This apartment is located in a quiet residence, very well maintained, in the heart of a relaxing park. The residence is private, and offers a 600m2 swimming pool with a pool bar and deckchairs.
F2 of about 40m2 and 20m2 of terrace, with a beautiful view of the salt flats, the swimming pool and the park.
1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, a convertible in the living room, fully equipped US kitchen area, shower room, full air conditioning. Car park.
Linen is included (sheets and towels), as well as end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and garbage cans).
Ideal location south of Porto Vecchio, access to the port and its restaurants, ice cream parlors, on foot, and also close to the old town, shops (nearby supermarket and bakery accessible without taking the car).
The nearest beach is Santa Giulia Beach, a 5-10 minute drive away.
