This flat is perfectly situated- it's on a quite side street but is mere minutes from the seafront,  the Palmerston shops, and Southsea Common! Take a stroll along Clarendon Rd. and check out the Strand mural (the oldest ever-changing mural in the world!), head to the waterfront turn left to wander South Parade Pier, grab a pint at The Jolly Sailor, or have a play on the common. Just around the corner from your place is the Clarendon Green, a small park perfect for walking your dog (we accept pets for an extra cleaning fee- let us know what kind of dog it is!) or having a read on one of the tree-covered benches.  The Florence Arms is also a short walk away-  a fantastic local gastro pub and restaurant. The Briny is fantastic for fresh, local seafood and a fancy night out, but there are tons of options along the water.
There are two convenience stores across from the mural on Clarendon Rd, and a large Waitrose about ten minute walk away on Marmion Rd. 
Access to this property is done via a smart lock on the front door (you will be sent the codes on the morning of check in).
Wake up on this quiet street and enjoy a coffee from your Gousto Coffee Machine to start the day. This two-bedroom apartment, with kingsize bed and bunkbeds, the top bunk is only suitable for 12 yrs and under.
Comes with an open-space living area which includes a corner sofa, dining table for four and a breakfast bar. 
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove/oven/microwave/ toaster and cooking utilities to make a nice breakfast. Or we are happy to share our recommendations for the best restaurants and cafes nearby. 
There is a secluded patio area out the back complete with table & benches for you to enjoy the sunshine!
Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with gas central heating, games, books and a nice cup of tea.

The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 30 minute walk. There are many Bus Stops nearby, 3, 6, and 18 stop north of your place on Clarendon Rd, and 16 stops to the south. If you are coming by car, the drive way is about 2 metres wide, so if your vehicle is any larger you will need to purchase a permit (just message us and we will get you the link. They are £3.60 per vehicle per day and will allow you to park in most of the waterfront).

There is space for 2 off-street parking spaces available on the driveway at the property. While the driveway is free to use, please note that the entrance is a bit narrow. Most vehicles fit fine, but we recommend taking care. The narrowest part of the entrance measures 2.25 meters.
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
