Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Only 2 miles from downtown Portsmouth; where you can enjoy shopping/restaurants/cafes, and a short ride to the seacoast beaches. Also close to the highway to quickly travel to Portland, the mountains or the lakes regions.

The main living area has an open concept Living/dining/kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a spacious 3 season porch. This home even offers central air conditioning.

There is an island in the kitchen/dining area with 3 counter height chairs, a high-end induction KitchenAid range/oven as well as a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster oven and other kitchen essentials . There also is a beautiful 6-seater dining set.

This home also features a hot tub built into a large deck, an outdoor shower and a well maintained yard.

There is free wifi in the house.

Living essentials including the kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, linens including all towels, blow dryers, an iron, ironing boards, beach towels, etc. are provided. There is a full-size dedicated washer/dryer for this unit in the basement.

Surprise

Lots of refrigerator food. Was it owners or leftovers? Didn’t know if sugar or any food items were remnants from former guests or should I assume for VRBO guests? Bought own items including shampoos soap water bottles Coffee creamers etc to be prepared. Kitchen full of food but guessed someone living there to come home & eat there food.

Lovely place to stay

This property has so much to offer. It is located just off the highway and close to many attractions. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with everyday items. The oversized screen porch was so nice to relax and play cards with my kids. Beds are comfy. Amazing back deck full of plants, seating and a hot tub. The owners have many well maintained flower and vegetable beds. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations!
