We are two couples who stayed at the house for a week in early November 2025. This is a beautiful and clean house, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms and common areas. The house is easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants and the beach is a short car ride away. It was very handy to have a washing machine available. Some things that would be very useful to include: an extra set of personal towels, beach towels and adequate toilet paper supplies. We had 3 rolls of TP for 4 people for 7 days and ended up buying more. Overall, I would highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Well equipped and comfortable holiday house

Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). The house is very comfortable with well working AC units in every room, comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances that you’d need. The terrace and garden are very nice as well within the shades during most of the day, a really relaxing place! Last but not least, the host was very sweet and helpful and on top of very clear check in info she provided us with a list of excursions to make the most of our stay and recommendations for restaurants and shops. All in all we’re very happy with our stay and we’ll probably come back!

Das ist Betrug. Der Vermieter behauptet, die Putzfrau dokumentiert den Zustand der Wohnung auf, die Übergabe passiert ohne unser Beisein. sie kann alles behaupten, du hast keine Chance.Als wir ankamen, war der MĂŒll der Vermieter noch da. Wenn du diese Unterkunft buchst, erfĂ€hrst du, dass du zwar Kosten fĂŒr die Endreinigung bezahlt, aber all den MĂŒll, der kocht abgeholt wurde selbst entsorgen und mitnehmen sollst. Wir haben mit wlan gebucht es gab kein wlan. Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder EntschĂ€digung vom vermieter.In dem Haus gibt es auch kaum Internetempfang mit dem Handy (nur an einem Fenster oder draußen)Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, leider hat der Aufenthalt damit geendet, dass der Vermieter uns als LĂŒgner darstellt und einfach einen Teil Kaution einbehĂ€lt.Wir haben gemeldet, dass wir entdeckt haben, dass eine Lampe kaputt ist, wir das aber nicht waren. Er behauptet, dass die Putzfrau, die auch den MĂŒll (!) ĂŒbersehen hat, gesagt hat, dass die Lampe ganz war. So etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt!In der Unterkunft waren außerdem ganz viele Katzen, die den Garten als Katzenklo benutzt haben und gebettelt haben, wahrscheinlich haben Vermieter den Katzen etwas zu essen gegeben. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft nicht.

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es sieht schön aus und die Vermieterin Amanda ist sehr bemĂŒht. Wir hatten zu Beginn eine absolut unschöne Erfahrung. Als wir ankamen war das Haus nicht geputzt. Die HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche waren noch vom VorgĂ€nger vorhanden und die Putzfrau, die eigentlich alles sauber machen sollte erklĂ€rte uns, der VorgĂ€nger war nur zwei Tage da und daher sieht sie keine Notwendigkeit zu putzen. Sie hat uns das Putzmittel gezeigt und mitgeteilt, wir könnten ja selber putzen. Sie könnte uns noch beim Beziehen des Bettes helfen. Also ein Auftakt, wie man ihn sich ĂŒberhaupt nicht vorstellt. Amanda hat uns allerdings sehr gut geholfen. Sie hat uns fĂŒr eine Nacht im Hotel untergebracht (auf ihre Kosten) und hat die Reinigung des Objektes gemanaged. Wir konnten ab dem zweiten Tag eine tolle Zeit hier verbringen. Allerdings: die Grundsauberkeit ist nicht gut, die Putzfrau nimmt es wohl generell nicht so genau mit der Sauberkeit.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr gut gepflegt.Sehr modern, mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet, tolle sehr umfangreiche KĂŒchenausstattung, neue Waschmaschine.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns am Tag der Ankunft gefehlt. Erstausstattung Toilettenpapier, Abwaschlappen, SpĂŒlmittel.Die Ferienwohnung wird bei FEWO-Direkt mit WLAN beworben, welches aber nicht existiert. Dies war mir neben WM und GSM Klima sehr wichtig, deshalb hier 1 Punkt Abzug) Wir haben uns mit einer Yesim-Karte fĂŒr 33 EUR beholfen, der Empfang ist dort aber nur außerhalb des Hauses möglich. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war stets schnell und freundlich. Vor Ort ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, zum Strand benötigt man allerdings ein Fahrzeug. Hinweis: bei GoogleMaps fand ich das Objekt nicht wirklich. Des RĂ€tsels Lösung: Google zeigt diese Hausnummer falsch an, das Objekt liegt in Wirklichkeit etwa 150m sĂŒdlicher als auf Maps angezeigt.

TrĂšs bon sejour Ă  Posada et en Sardaigne.

TrĂšs bonne localisation de la location ! A proximitĂ© des magnifiques sites Ă  visiter en Sardaigne. Et tres joli village aussi. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, mĂȘme sous 35 , le jardin est bien Ă  l'ombre. Amanda, est vraiment disponible pour toute demande... nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbes vacances

Vacances tres agréables maison tres agreable a vivre. Nous pouvions faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Pain le matin, bar sympa cocktail pas cher . Plage tres facile d acces et pres du domicile. Grande surface (MD) a 4km de la location , pas chÚre et pas trop grande pratique pour faire les grandes courses. Nous recommandons la location.

TrÚs belle maison trÚs bien équipée. Parking privée pour la voiture. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La localité de Posada est trÚs sympa est pas trÚs loin de la plage. Mise à disposition de 3 vélos qui permettent de se balader. Bref de superbes vacances. Je recommande sans hésitation.

SĂ©jour inoubliable Ă  Posada

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement d'Amanda et de Bernard. La maison est hyper confortable et absolument rien n'y manque. Le systÚme de climatisation est au top et la propreté sans faille. A vivement recommander! De plus Posada est dotée d'une plage paradisiaque.
