Horror on the Hill

Please do not book this appointment it’s up 100+ steps it’s a maze trying to find it , it’s musky and old fashioned nothing like the pictures! On top of that you’re to send a deposit after booking by Paysend , fair enough they want deposit but I’d forgotten. So in middle of town trying to set Paysend up etc tired and stressed couldn’t do it . So they said book again for end of September fictitious booking and we’ll use it as deposit then refund you . No damages or any reason not to refund me but they’re refusing, I booked 2nd booking through expedia and they’re refusing to force it saying it’s between myself and landlord! Shower curtain full of mould absolutely disgusting.
