Newly, fully remodeled, rustic yet modern, 700 sf, 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house. Fully functioning kitchen. 2 double beds, plus access to queen or twin air bed if needed for additional 2 people. Hauser lake, boat launch, park and swimming area is within walking distance, 1/4 mile away. Located halfway between Coeur d’Alene and Spokane Valley with quick freeway access. Fire pit and BBQ grill. We now have WIFI and CABLE!.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
