Delay at check in. Larger suites on sister property off site from beekman arms. Parking available off street. Breakfast at office area of delmater. Issue in room promptly addressed by staff. Some noise audible in adjacent rooms. Clean facility. Some areas could use updates.

We were excited to stay at historic inn. But we weren't in the building pictured but another building a few blocks away. Breakfast was paper plates and pretty lame, compared to average chains like Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. The garbages were very full and it was disappointing.

This was the most charming little inn I've ever seen! I like how period it was, but still had modern amenities. The only thing I would have changed is more clear instructions on how to turn on the heat.

On a positive note,the hotel is clean, rooms are nice size , comfortable with nice decor. The price is also very afforable. The negative: The staff is not helpful or friendly. Check-in and bar area especially. At check -in , receptionist wasnt helpful, not welcoming and not accommodating at all ! Later on early evening 4 of us(2 couples) wanted to have a few drinks at the bar, no one greeted us. After standing around for a few minutes, we asked if we can sit at a table(since the bar itself was full). The answer was a flat out no, since we didnt have reservations. It was early evening there were many, many empty tables.

When I booked I thought I was staying in the Beekman Inn. It shows a picture of a beautiful pillared hotel. In fact I stayed in a condo like building 3-4 blocks away.

Needed latitude/longitude coordinates for room

The map of the hotel campus given out at the reception desk is useless. We spent 20 minutes searching out our room, only to eventually discover that it was not what I had requested and paid for through hotels com. I don't know how guests find their rooms after dark. We were moved to a room that looked nothing like the glorious photos shown online. But the hotel receptionist was helpful in moving us to a proper room.
