The room we stayed in was freezing and when the issue was brought to front desk, an engineer came and basically turned the fan which just made the room colder. Less headboard, more sheets! When I called the front desk, I was put on hold for a while, went physically to the front desk lobby, kept waiting while a person who had a credit card declined was prioritized, 2 ppl at front desk. Poor customer service, our floor had no one but us across from gym and laundry. Expedia savings but placed in poor, high traffick areas.
