Enjoy and relax in the spacious 5-bedroom, 3200 sq. ft home located on a beautiful 4 acre lot in rural Poynette Wisconsin. Ideal for families or groups up to 14. This home has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Each Wisconsin season offers a variety of different activities located on the property or in close proximity. We are just 7.5 miles from Lake Wisconsin, 32 miles to Wisconsin Dells, 20 miles to Devils Head ski resort and 28 miles to Madison. The property offers an amazing inground, heated saltwater pool, inground fire pit, single hoop basketball court, and even a sand volleyball court. Lots of hiking and biking trails close by too. No pets. No smoking.
The Space: two story with large open living space on the main level. Four bedrooms in the upper level and one bedroom in the lower level. Whether you’re coming to relax or just need a cozy place to lay your head at night, this is the place for you.
Other things to note: our 4 acre property is also the home to an adorable, friendly, feral cat named Gil. Feel free to spend time with him outdoors or just totally ignore him. Gil does have access to the garage.
