More of a buiseness hotel

The hotel is overall good since it is clean and well mantained, but very slow, check in at night was slow even thou they have two poeple at the desk an only 1 person ahead of me. Parking was not diffcult even thou the parking lot is around the block. Even thou i payed for taking an extra person and being cleared by the clerk that by doing that all our breackfast were included, it was necesary to clarify on the desk the next day to make it valid. The waitress made me do that, but after it respected the deal. So i think that is more of a business hotel.

Outstanding comfort, more than expected!

In comparison with previous stays in Mexico, this American style of hotel is perfect, spacious and fully equipped with necessary goods. Especially manager on duty and front staff were so kind to advise our tour to El Tajin.

Poza Rica, Veracruz GREAT!! 7 day stay

We were greeted at the airport & transported to the hotel. Best Western Hotel is in middle of the city on main st. Great shopping areas. The city market 2 blocks away from hotel. Didn't need to rent a car to go shopping. Everything is just there. We did take taxi's to the ruins of El Tajin, Esmeralda beach, & Papantla to see the flyers. Transportation is very reasonable not expensive as we thought. My husband & I had a great time. We will travel again to this beautiful city & stay at Best western.

sucks and super dangerous

at the check in no one new about my reservation, place looked super dirty and staff super unfriendly, in the lounge staff was offering prostitutes the older bartender what an idiot.. do not stay in BW poza rica - you will end up in the lobby on the little chair over night.
