The customer service was atrocious!!! The number they give you is just a recording that says to contact them through email after you check in….
Our key fob for the garage opened the wrong side and they acted like we had no clue on what we were doing. Even after watching the video they sent to me instead of calling to clarify. After driving 10 hours they had me go out after 930 pm to take a video to prove the key fob opened the wrong side because they did not believe me. Then they informed us to park in a different space only for us to return to our car with a nasty note that it was reserved for someone else. So we had to pay for parking in a near by car park even though it came with a space. They said they would reimburse us if we emailed them the receipts after we had been there a few days already. We did not keep our first few days of receipts. Besides, we still haven’t heard anything about our refund and still haven’t received a receipt for our stay after three requests.
It could have been easily solved with just a simple return call from them saying they will fix the issue. But no, they just continued sending email after email with no solution.
The place itself was clean and had on site security who was absolutely delightful and tried their best to help us. It was also in a very good spot to walk to old town square and Park Cytedela with a Lidl right on the corner.
But nothing was good enough to ever stay there again and deal with their “customer service”.
