Personal experience and expectations

The hotel is nice, but not meet the expectations for a five-star rating. The lobby and decoration did not match the anticipated standard. The hotel is too expensive compared to other four-star hotels in the area that are in better condition. We expectated more luxurious amenities.

Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast is one off the best I have seen in the last few years. Rooms... even with an upgrade are on the smaller side.

Beautiful and charming hotel on a quiet street. Service was top notch. If you want to stay around the Salmanca neighborhood I would highly recommend this property. Comfortable room with lovely amenities.
