It's my second time here. The place is special. The hosts are friendly. The room is comfortable. The location quiet and safe.

A delightful house a hop away from the main square The house comfortable and interesting contained everything we needed - every bedroom had en suite shower The roof terrace and courtyard superb extras Prades is well connected by public transport -we enjoyed 2 weeks without a car Will definitely be back And many thanks to Pascale who met us and was on hand for any problems-there were none!

We enjoyed a family holiday for 2 weeks in this beautiful rural property. Sylvain and Morgane were there to welcome us and show us around the house. They were so helpful and ready to answer any questions. We really appreciated their hard work. What a lovely couple! The house itself is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need. Having an indoor fridge and an outside fridge in the outdoor kitchen was really useful with such a large group of us. The pool is a really good size for large groups too. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs for at the pool. The hot tub was also well used by everyone despite the hot weather. The garden is beautiful with a lovely raised wooden walkway. PROS: Beautiful property in stunning setting, fantastic pool and entertainment area, well stocked kitchen, large dining area, peaceful surrounds. CONS: There were only 5 bedrooms, not 6 as described at the time that we booked. However the owner did open up his personal bedroom for our use, and the advert has since been revised. There is only A/C in 2 of the bedrooms. Because of the mosquitoes, we could not have any doors open at night, which made it very hot indeed with no A/C. The owner arrived with 4 guests during our stay and showed them around the house, including into one of the bedrooms. If we had been asked beforehand, we would probably have agreed to this (and tidied first), however we are not happy that this happened without our consent.

Très bel endroit et très beau chalet pour nos retrouvailles ! Nous avons rayonné dans les environs et avons pu intercaler journées sportives et journées culturelles Nous y avons passé de très joyeuses soirées.!

This 250 year old property is beautifully maintained and the conversion to modern amenities was tasteful and functional without compromising the visual integrity of the historical structure . The 13 meter long pool is well maintained and clean . It was reminded us of Napa Valley before it was discovered and developed . It was great value as well.
