This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. They didn't miss on anything. It was also very comfortable in the room and the streaming option on the TV was very helpful to watch movies in English. It was one of the only hotels we have stayed at that had this option.

It's located 5-10 minutes walking distance from many of the major sites. The hotel itself is very well maintained and is Avant Garde as advertised.

The staff were nice and helpful, but unfortunately, the service didn’t quite meet expectations. I tried calling reception multiple times, and they were consistently slow to answer—it actually surprised me on the rare occasion they picked up right away. When I was checking out, I called in advance to request help with my luggage, but ended up needing to call again to remind them. By the time my car to the airport had arrived and I’d finished the checkout process, I still had to wait a few extra minutes in the car just for them to bring my luggage out!
