The apartment itself was good but I found what I believe to be a BED BUG when checking out, took photos, reported it to City Pop and was told of would be escalated to the relevant department for investigation. I heard nothing back, followed up after more than 1 week and still haven't had a response 3.5 weeks later. Reports of bed bugs should be taken seriously by accommodation as both them and the guest would need to follow strict cleaning etc protocols (I did this anyway). The fact they haven't even responded is very concerning.

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Prague. Super convient location, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was very clean, updated and had a beautiful, large balcony! Self-check in was very easy. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

A good 15 min walk from train station, good sized room with a small kitchenette. Loved the kettle for hot drinks and cup a soup. 20 min walk into main town for tour. Did grocery shop at train station on way. Lots of souvenir shops in area.

The room was comfortable and everything a person needs was available, from kitchen utensils to towels. It was relatively clean. The coffee machine wasn't clean and contained two old, used coffee capsules. The curtains just need washing; I suffered from allergies at night because of a dusty smell coming from them. I rate the experience 4 out of 5.

Room was clean, spacious, had all the amenities listed. Fridge, hob, microwave. And all the cooking utensils you could need. The bathroom even had a hairdryer inside one of the cupboards. TV with access to YouTube, Netflix and Amazon prime. And lovely outside area. We had a problem, (something in the kitchen blew its fuse which cut off the electric), which was sorted very quickly (just by flicking the switch in the electric box back up). And the kettle broke, but was replaced the following morning. Very timely responses and immediately fixed the problem. The only thing that could be better for long time stays is the mattresses, very hard and not great if you have sciatica or a bad back, but not unbearable. Would absolutely recommend it overall.

This property was in a great location with easy access to transportation. The room was a nice and compact Euro style efficiency. The kitchenette had what was needed to save time & money. I would suggest a few things. There should be CLEAR instructions inside the room for 1) using the tv. 2) using the ac/heat 3) using the appliances. Also, while I was there I witnessed several other guests having difficulty accessing the property because they didn’t realize they were to fill out a form before check-in via email. This was only stated a day prior that it was a requirement and some guests hadn’t seen it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
