The hotel is older, if mid century modern is your thing you're gonna love this place, but probably the best view in the city. I recommend upgrading to the executive level as champagne is served all day. Spa services are a little shaky, but you pay for what you get. I opted to go over to sauna world instead well worth the money and more enjoyable.

This was a nice hotel but I don’t feel this is 5 star maybe a 3 and half the reception is plush nice and clean lovely laid out the hallways are the same. But what constitutes a five star room it was a simple lay out. Bathroom was clean and tidy. But was it exceptional? No, it was just average.

We arrived very early for our check-in and was greeted by David who was very friendly and polite. He allowed to access the area while we waited for a room to be ready. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Although the hotel is a little bit out from the city centre, the transport links are excellent. The metro station is less than 100 meters from the hotel entrance. If we every go back to Prague, we would definitely look at booking this hotel again.

Lovely.

It was a lovely room. The spa facilities could be better. The menu in the restaurant was good but limited. They charge 20 euros for guests to use the spa facilities. Overall it was an okay experience

I booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool on the top floor. It didn't say anywhere that you had to pay extra for it's use... it was 20E for 2 hours I think... and that was per person. When you get there, it is small (14 m long), pretty cold and definitely not worth the money. The view was great, but there are plenty of other places to get a fab view. There was a steam room and two saunas aswell, but nothing special - definintely not worth this money. THe breakfast on the other hand was unreal. I would absolutely stay again for the breakfast alone. There was pretty much anything you could think of - English breakfast, beautiful pastries (lots of different types, cereal, toast, cold meats, fruit, porridge, yoghurts etc, etc. If you are staying then pay for the breakfast but not the pool! The hotel itself was pretty good- clean, tidy, very close to the train so all in all a good stay - I was just cross that i was not told about the extra charge for the pool.

We had an Exec room with lounge access. Good: Good location. Very handy for the metro station where you can buy tickets. Remember to validate (time stamp) the tickets using the little yellow machines between the ticket room and the platform the first time you use them. Polite staff Clean Exec lounge had reasonable selection of cold snacks, and wine. Not so good: Stained sink. Safely deposit box was not easily accessible (on the floor inside the wardrobe) Room too hot. Air conditioning was not working so we were advised to open a window but it wouldn’t stay open. Room was too hot even when it was only 2 degrees outside. Poor breakfast – several coffee machines not working, toaster not working, egg whites uncooked and runny, hot food was barely warm, no omelette chef on one of the days. €20 each to use the pool, even when staying in exec room, so we did not use it.
