The location was perfect! We left the hotel to be cleaned, we came back 5hours later , the only thing they touch was the pillows! Bed was not fixed, everything was as we left it.No towel replacements even Toiletries we had to go to the reception to ask for it! We stayed 4nights. We asked for taxi a day before checking out. When we were ready to leave there was no taxi, the reception said the taxi was not replying 🙁

El hotel muy bien personal recepción muy amable ubicación perfecta la habitación unas vistas preciosas a la ciudad vieja la calefacción estupenda las almohadas muy finas e incómodas la cama principal bien las dos pequeñas que están juntas incómodas pero lo que ha sido un desastre ha sido el desayuno pan duro todos los días y poco para todos los huéspedes, huevos duros los mismos durante los 4 días el jamón York seco 4 yogures y no hay más no hay leche caliente 1 tostador de casa para un hotel 4 estrellas todos los platos mojados y las tazas sucias no había servilletas y las chicas de la cocina no salían fuera , dentro de la cocina sentadas con el móvil si las decías algo como un día que no funcionaba la cafetera la importó un pepino y se mosqueo nos dijo q café instantáneo con agua hasta que no llegó otra q entendía la cafetera no hubo CAFE el trato pesimo ah y nada de bollería ni un triste croasan y un plato de fruta ya cortado no las piezas enteras cuando se acaban las salchichas las cortan y directas del frigo al recipiente de servir una pena las instalaciones renovadas y muy bien la zona de restauración preciosa

Hotel Liliova was an excellent choice for our stay in Prague. The location couldn’t be better—everything is walkable, including Charles Bridge, Café Louvre, and the Old Town Clock. We loved being able to explore the city on foot. Would definitely stay here again!

We weren’t told that the elevators didn’t go to our floor. We had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to our room and the hotel did not provide assistance. But room was comfortable and the staff was helpful otherwise. They lent us an electricity converter when we discovered we brought the wrong one. The location was good - in Old Town but far enough off the busiest streets so quiet enough to sleep,

The pillows were ancient and lumpy, the bed rock hard, the linens were low quality and scratchy, the hotel needs a facelift, with a musty smell in the common areas. Your room isn’t really cleaned (not even the bathroom) during a longer stay. The soap is basically institution-like liquid so bring your own toiletries. The location is great but there are far more comfortable accommodations, especially for the price that I paid. Not worth it. Also instead of key cards, it’s physically keys and you can hear ppl attempting to lock and unlock their doors all hours of the night. The room fridge was also gross.

Mattresses were horrible, no spring no give, really hurt my back and hips, didn’t sleep well at all. Pillows were huge but formless and unsupportive. Odd sewage smell. A/C didn’t work, room was hot and stuffy in November. Would be awful in summer. It gets points for helpful front desk staff, great location, old worldy decor with real paintings paintings by Czech artists. Breakfast was nothing special but convenient when there’s somewhere to be early. Had a fridge which was nice. No kettle or complimentary instant coffee or tea bags or anything. It’s squarely a 2 star hotel but I gave this stay a 3 despite terrible sleep on terrible mattress. If it was summer and room was boiling it’d have been lower. Our room was clean. It needs updating and servicing. If you have money to spare, stay somewhere else. If you’re on a budget, it might be fine, it might not.

Dirty…! The room was not what you expect of a four star hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were very old and stained and in parts dirty. The shower room was dirty and mouldy around the very small shower inside and out. The safe did not work and you could unlock it putting 6 6s!!! I don’t know how this hotel gets 4 stars as it has no restaurant or bar even though it advertises one. Breakfast is a joke and staff are only on site till 9pm The room opposite to ours has a major water leak with water pouring through the ceiling. The other guest could not contact anyone… i wonder what would happen if there was a fire… The only good thing about this place is the location… but that has drawbacks as it can be quite noisy till the early hours
