Beautiful property, very clean, super friendly staff, very helpful. The hospitality was above and beyond, especially enjoyed the free drinks in the lobby throughout our entire stay. We stayed at the Manes Boutique Hotel in Prague in August 2025 for 4 nights. We both agreed that this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in (taking into account we have stayed at some lovely hotels around the world). All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and our stay was perfect from arrival to departure. A special mention to Olga and Tanya (although all the reception staff were amazing, unfortunately we didn't catch everyone's name). The hotel is modern and very clean and our room had everything you could need, including little thoughtful touches such as ambient lighting under the bed that came on automatically for a few moments if you got out of bed in the night. There were also bathrobes and slippers and a hairdryer to use throughout your stay. In addition, the location was great with all attractions within easy walking distance. As well as the coffee, tea and water provided free of charge in the room, the hotel offers complimentary drinks in the reception area throughout your stay, including hot drinks, soft drinks, wines, prosecco etc. You can also take your drink and sit outside the front of the hotel watching the world go by. We highly recommend booking a stay. Thank you so much to everyone at The Manes boutique hotel, you made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. In terms of the room we rented, the ambiance is excellent and comfortable. We did not expect to have a spacious room for two with a staircase to add to the aesthetic. The bathrooms are clean. There are two bathrooms indeed! Lovely experience.

A Perfectly Amazing Boutique Hotel

Went to visit Prague with my wife, 2 year old son, and mother following a business trip to Vienna. I chose THE MANES because of all the amazing reviews and it sure did not disappoint. Our stay exceeded our high expectations and then some. On the train ride to Prague, I contacted the hotel and Olga was able to organize a last minute shuttle to pick us up at the train station so we didn't have to haul all of our luggage along with our 2 year old on public transit or in multiple cabs. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with complimentary prosecco (and apple juice), and the complimentary beverages in the lobby continued 24/7 for the duration of our stay. I've never felt so genuinely welcomed to a hotel. The amazing service from all the staff continued throughout our stay, with a special mention to wonderful Olga! The entire hotel is tastefully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. It felt like no expense was spared. Breakfast at Lola cafe next door was perfect every morning with a great selection of hot and cold food and beverage options. Olga recommended U Kalendu restaurant and the food and service was so incredible we went there twice in our four nights. When we got home, we realized we left one of my son's stuffies in our room, and they arranged to get it home to Canada for us! THE MANES is probably the best all around hotel experience I have ever had and if/when I return to Prague, I will book as far in advance as possible to ensure I get to stay there again.
