This is my second time at Agnes and will not be my last – because the experience is incredible! This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location, with unbeatable service from the kindest people who are genuinely obsessed with ensuring the stay is exactly perfect for whatever you want. If you are going to Prague, stay here. Period. (PS - the photo I included is from the most charming check-in process ever.)

I would give six stars if I could to Hotel Agnes. Our family of 7 stayed here for five days and the staff catered to our every need. They are very careful not to badger you if you do not want any help but we greatly appreciated the attention. From coffee and desserts upon our early arrival to the wonderful breakfast each morning to the afternoon coffee or beer to the extremely comfortable beds/pillow, there was not one thing I could fault this hotel. The owner was ever present assisting and keeping a watchful eye. The facility itself was charming and immaculate with attention to ensuring a comfortable ambiance. I could list many instances where this hotel exceeded expectations, but I don’t want to spoil it for future visitors.

Nice big room with a good shower. The location was perfect for our trip. Excellent breakfast and nice wine before dinner. We felt safe and walked everywhere. The check in was very good. The staff took care to make sure we had all our questions answered and organized concerts for us and dinners every night. Would love to stay here again.

This was the best hotel experience! The staff were all wonderful, including our drivers from the train station and airport, the hostess who checked us in and helped us plan activities in the city, and everyone who made breakfast each morning. They made visiting Prague easy!

Wonderful stay!

We were greeted at the door by the owner of Hotel Agnus. He offered us a glass of wine or beer and we felt like we were coming home. Then a lovely hostess Denise came over and asked if we needed anything while we were in Prague. Denise helped us plan a few events and dinners that all went so well. We couldn't have been happier staying at the Hotel Agnus. Special note, great breakfast.

Lovely, clean, and friendly

The Hotel Agnes was amazing. I walked in through the doors of the hotel and was immediately greeted, by name, and offered a cup of coffee. Little touches like that tell me this place values its customers and over the next two days it was reinforced. From helping me with directions, offering to get tickets to a concert, and calling me an Uber for the airport when I left. Do yourself a favor, just book this place. The location was perfect and honestly, everything about the Hotel Agnes was phenomenal.

We stayed at Hotel Residence Agnes the first week of July for four days. The service and hospitality of the staff was extraordinary and above our expectations. The breakfast was very good every morning. Very good location and close to the attractions of Prague which were very walkable. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with good energy. The service felt very personalized and tailored to our needs. Thank you to Frank, Viktoria, Štefan, and colleagues for a wonderful stay in Prague. This place is AWESOME! A great shout out to Frank. He makes the place run like clock work. Our room was 306 and there were no more rooms for the hotel above us. We slept great on our king sized comfy bed. We had air conditioning(a must). Breakfast in the morning was perfect. The wine at mid day was a very nice touch. Who ever worked( usually Frank) would always help us with recommendations and one time he actually drove us in his car downtown. When we left they even gave us a ride to the train station. This hotel is on a very quiet street not far from Old Town Square. I have no complaints at all

If I could give 10 stars to this hotel I would. It is, without doubt, the most extraordinary customer service I’ve ever experienced in more than five decades of travel. We stayed here for five nights. We were greeted on arrival with an offer to enjoy a coffee, glass of beer or wine while our host welcomed us with a friendly orientation to the city. Every time we walked into the lobby the staff asked if they could help us in some way. Always with the offer of a coffee or drink. They recommended and booked all our restaurants (all extraordinary), plus tours and concerts and even helped me secure a mani-pedi. They brought coffees to our room. They took time to talk with us. On our last night, the coup d’etat was that the restaurant they recommended was difficult to find, tucked away at the back of a shopping mall, so they insisted on sending a member of their staff to walk with us (about a 15 minute walk). Oh, the hotel also checked all the other boxes, too. Location was fabulous-an easy walk to all the sights. The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious with a changing selection of delectable house-baked pastries. Our room was not huge, but the bed was very comfortable. And it was quiet. All you could ask for.

This hotel is very centrally located and is only a short walk from the old town square, many tourist sites and the riverfront walkway. The staff was wonderful and did their utmost to make us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The hotel driver also took us to the train station the day with left. This hotel was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint!
