My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and cozy. The shower had an excellent water flow! There was only one issue - over the weekend there was loud noise, probably from the bar next door, every night until the morning. When I complained about it at the reception, they gave me a late check-out as compensation free of charge. I was very grateful for that and was happy for the compensation and consideration - but the following night there was also noise (music, shouting and especially bass that you can feel and not just hear). It unfortunately caused me sleeplessness and disrupted my trip a bit. The staff is really kind and wonderful, I'm not sure what else they can do about it

The hotel was clean all the staff were friendly. The location is excellent in the centre of the new town and old town a short walk away. The breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. Rooms and hotel had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. I Would highly recommend this hotel.

Home away from home

People makes places. Wella and Maximilian were excellent. They were solicitous and nothing was too much trouble. I’ve stayed here many many times, and know that it is one of Prague’s hidden gems.

Great location, staff really helpful and friendly. We got there at 11am and despite check in being at 2pm, our room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. Would recommend this hotel.

When we arrived the room was not ready. They said they tried to call to check if we were still coming but how can I answer when I was still on the flight! We then found out they gave our room to someone else and gave us theirs. The room was so hot it was hard to sleep, which was the reason the previous person moved rooms! Staff dealt with it poorly. Not even a hello when we arrived! Noise from clubs outside was so loud too until early hours of the morning!

Our stay in Prague

It is perfectly placed in the New Town and very nice. Facilities are basic but beds are very comfy. We had a classic room with balcony on the 5th floor. Very nice and quiet but to get to the balcony you have to move all the curtains to on side, open door inwards , stup on to a highish window seal and step over the door frame toget to the balcony. You could not just pop out for a quick smoke as it did take a while. Lol! There where marks on the carpet that could maybe have been got out and i did see some hair on the tiles near the ceiling in the bathroom that where there when we arrived and we stayed 6 days so was hoping someone would see them but no. Other than that it is a really friendly place with great staff.
