The room, staff and amenities was really good.All the staff had smile and happy to help.The strip club is on the same street but never was there any issue walking past in the evenings and felt safe.Perfect location if you love walking as you can enjoy both old and new town

Hotel ideal location for us, staff super friendly and helpful, room cleaned each of the four nights we were there. Close to Old Town 15 mins walk, few streets away from the trams ,and few minutes walk from Musuem Metro stop. I’ve stayed here twice, and my experiences were very different. On my first stay, everything was excellent. I landed around 9:30 AM, and they kindly checked me in very early! I even received the champagne perk from Expedia. The room on the 1st floor was quiet, clean, comfortable, and really perfect. It set the bar very high. My second stay was less positive. I arrived late at night (around midnight) and had trouble with the key card system not working. The night porter had to help me into the room, which unfortunately smelled strongly of smoke. I requested to be moved, but the second room also smelled like smoke and was very loud due to being next to a disco. I barely got any rest that night, which was disappointing. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, within easy walking distance of many sights, and surrounded by cafés and restaurants. The first experience is why I booked it again. Overall, I’d call it a mixed bag. This hotel can be wonderful under the right circumstances. I really liked the first night. I think the first-floor rooms might be ideal.

Nice enough hotel but we did have some issues that impacted our stay. We paid extra for a balcony room and for the first two days the door could not be opened, maintenance finally arrived on the third day to fix it. The smart tv is not connected to the WiFi so we were unable to stream. Be aware that the street that the hotel is on is the main 'red light' area of Prague - there is a strip club next door and a sauna club across the road.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and quite big space. The best thing was the location,you literally just have to walk like 15 mins and you’ll be in the old town already. Overall,it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Fantastic hotel with great location

Fantastic hotel. Clean room and on a quiet street. Close walk to everything. Fitness room has no treadmills and I would suggest to get one. That is my only complaint and other than that this hotel is very nice.
