Lovely room, it was immaculate and quiet at night. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Lovely little bar area in the hotel lobby. Probably enjoyed the mulled wine on offer at the reception a bit too much - a nice touch when you're there visiting the Christmas markets :)

Room feels neglected but not unsafe. Carpeted areas within the room and hallways etc are dated and stained. Just feels like a really grimey and overall unpleasant place to be. Couldn't wait to get out.

The room was spotless. I had my free bottle of wine. The bartender was awesome. Only two channels in English but that’s fine. Good location also. I would stay here again. The gym was nice!

I was disappointed to receive a twin bedded room when I requested a double and informed the hotel it was my birthday weekend! Breakfast was good, room was clean on the surface. Not sure about the carpets and net curtains though.
