LPG/CNG hybrid cars are not allowed.
For larger cars, it is necessary to fold down.
The mirrors' motorbikes cannot be parked.

Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.

No parties allowed. Please avoid disturbing other residents.

Respect Czech quiet hours: keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication should be conducted via the booking platform you used.

Leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and the use of appliances.

Take care of the keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number. You are responsible for key-related issues.
