The apartment was not clean when we arrived (dirty floor, dried food stuck on table), there are not enough dishes for more than one meal, and not enough rabs to run the dishwasher every day. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Most important is the misleading claim that the apartment comes with a clothes washer. There is one down the hall, but it is in constant use, day and night, by the cleaning staff, who will throw your clothes out of the machine. We were traveling for a month and specifically chose this apt for the washing machine. The office staff were in complete denial about the situation and just kept telling us the machine was available for our use, despite repeatedly telling them their own cleaning staff were using the machine 24/7. It is a good location and it was quiet, but the false advertising and obstinance of the staff are serious problems.
