Overall we were satisfied with the stay. Apartment is exactly as described in the listing, all pictures are very accurate. Location is perfect, 4 different grocery stores nearby, safe neighborhood, dining options, not far from old town. Dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, ice cubes and ice packs were there for us to use. Our group of 6 felt like kitchen was adequately equipped. Parking was great, underground, so the car was safe and kept cool (I have to mention though, while its not the fault of the host, but other people kept taking our assigned parking spot and there is nothing that can be done about it I guess. Although, if it was up to me, I would implement a massive automatic fine for that). 1 huge problem for us (and again, not like host lied about it) it was VERY hot. We knew there is no air conditioning in the unit and yes, 4 fans were provided, BUT being on the 4th floor under the roof, it was like a sauna there. Main floor bedroom was ok, because they could open balcony doors, but the upstairs bedroom (not the loft) had no option to open the window and the glass look out down to the kitchen was creating a "green house effect". I would highly recommend the host to invest $400 into a portable AC unit. We also struggled with only having 1 bathroom, but again, host did provide accurate info about it in their listing. I wish the communication was a bit better, preferably instant messaging via WhatsApp. Wifi was good
