Loved the hotel. Great location, ideal for walking the city. Nice clean well equipped room, wide ranging buffet breakfast and helpful reception staff. Top tip. They have smart TVs. Download some stuff on to your phone before you leave and cast it to the telly as i defy most to understand the language first time! Not that you'll have time.....

This hotel was rated 5 stars but when we got there i will only rate it as 3 stars. We stayed there for 5 nights. Our room smells I even clean and wipe it with my disinfectant wipes. It smells like somebody with bad body order stayed there for a month. The mattress is not firm at all. It is sagging. They provide good amenities and free breakfast. There’s a beer spa on the hotel itself. And there’s even some supernatural happenings in our Friend’s room. They were given the suite room with their bedroom is on the loft( 2nd floor) and every night they are waken up at 2:30-3 am by sounds like someone dropping coins on the floor downstairs and like somebody moving furnitures. Scary.

Decent hotel and great location, just spoiled by miserable, unfriendly staff. Young guy on reception when I arrived was more than happy to argue with me rather than try to find solutions to any problems that were encountered.

The hotel is haunted. In our friends room, Rm. 302, every night they were hearing sounds like someone was walking up and down the stairs inside their room, they heard like someone dropping coins on the floor. Aside from being haunted, the hair dryer overheats, the bed mattress needs to be change, it was not firm anymore. The only good thing is the buffet breakfast. Definitely not going back to this hotel.

This is a very good hotel, reasonably priced, and well located within easy walking distance of the Old Town, bridges, etc. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, breakfast is very good, and facilities are of a high standard. The one important let-down was the hotel's customer service culture, which appeared to be across the board in the areas we interacted. While nobody expects all staff to speak English, an effort to smile and try and understand should be an essential element of hotel staff training. Almost every interaction was with surly staff - with the exception of one reception staffer! Yet they all seemed to speak English! And one small thing - if Hotels.com promise a loyalty benefit, the hotel should deliver that benefit. It lets your brand down when the hotels don't hold up their part of the deal. Would I recommend it? Yes, but be warned about the staff culture!

Great hotel. In a location convent to all the attractions. Breakfast was great lots of choice and great cappuccino. Our bed was very comfortable but the room had a bit of a smell and there was a noise coming from the heating AC even when we turned it off. It was not unbearable just annoying. We travel with ear plugs so it wasn’t a problem. Hair dryer died so called front desk and it was quickly resolved. House keeping brought one within minutes. Would stay here again great hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, spacious room (deluxe double), lots of choice for breakfast and loved their lobby bar for a chilled out drink after walking all day. Close enough to all the sights (15 min walk to the old town) with a great Dutch bar opposite for lovely food and cheap drinks. Traveller tip - make sure you use the uber taxis outside the airport (machine just before the exit if you haven’t got the app), don’t get in the unauthorised taxis - double the price.
