Although rated at 5* would say it’s a good 4* hotel. Our room was a suite on two floors which sounds grand but it was dark with basic furniture avery small bathroom and my pet gate open wardrobes. Staff were very nice and the breakfast is excellent. Hotel is in a great location for getting around on foot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests even before we arrived. The hotel is closed to tram and metro station. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. It is very walkable to old town, new town and lesser town. The breakfast is fantastic with lots to choose from.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Michelangelo Grand Hotel, perfect for our city break in Prague. Spotless rooms, staff always very attentive and helpful, one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts we have ever had! Tonnes of choice available, would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Prague. Also wonderful location, great access to the old town, Wenceslas square and public transport nearby.

We chose a 2 floor suite to stay for our silver wedding anniversary and it was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and every single member of staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast consisted of a fantastic selection of hot and cold food which were all fresh and tasted amazing. Will stay again for sure next time we’re in Prague
