Rooms were immaculately clean and sparse. Apartment was nice and warm on these cold autumn days. View was amazing. Could use towel hooks in bathroom, and dresser or furniture in bedroom other than only the bed. Also, a lamp would help. Wifi was intermittent - not good for business meetings.

It was wonderful. Clean, beautiful view of the river, close to shopping. But, the front entrance had steps that made it difficult to move our luggage up.

No reception, maybe bots on WhatsApp, so quite frustrating to get real time answers, very difficult to communicate or problem solve. Also was not clear at all how to use their checkin app/process … actual room was fine, had an issue with aircon but they only had the solution to just turn it off… further away from the main part of town than I expected.

Everything is good - room size, location, transport, etc. It's easy to assess the room with clear instructions. The only downside is the lack of AC (which wasn't a problem to me as I travelled in mid-Sep) and the lack of luggage storage (they did arrange a luggage storage service at a hotel like 1.5 km away and charged you 5 Euros for that).

The apartment lacks air conditioning and is equipped with only one fan. Despite a request for an additional fan, it was not provided. The elevated nighttime temperatures rendered the environment uncomfortable. Prospective guests booking during the summer months should take this into consideration.
