Primeira vez que alugamos esse apartamento e ficamos muito satisfeito, tudo ocorreu conforme combinado, o apartamento é igual as fotos. Precisa de pequenas melhorias que em breve acredito que serão feitas. Eduardo (proprietário) muito educado e prestativo, todas as vezes que precisei de alguma informação ou tirar dúvidas rapidamente ele me respondeu! Possivelmente retornarei outras vezes nesse apartamento. Foi muito bom!!! Quanto ao condomínio sem palavras é ótimoooo e extremamente organizado. E fora que tem uma ótima localização.
