The bathroom was not as cleaned as I would expect, there was hair everywhere! Also in the bathroom there was a long crack in the shower wall. The breakfast was awesome and the staff, especially Karson was great!

The property is brand new so it was very clean and modern. The staff was nice and welcoming. The room included free breakfast. The breakfast options were plentiful. I also received a goodie bag upon check-in that contained a beverage and snacks

We had a great stay after a long day in Montgomery. The proximity to Montgomery is great! The room was a little cold, but all other features were excellent. It was clean, wuiet, and comfortable. Thanks.

I did not like was the fact that they advertised a fitness room on the pamphlet but didn’t have one on the premises. Breakfast could have been better too. The breakfast was mediocre and sometimes even gross.

Breakfast was good and decent selections each day. Staff were very good and attentive to my needs. Sink faucet in bathroom Room 310 was not installed properly. Also exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. Was awakened at 6:00 am for smoke/fire alarm in the whole building. Did not smell or see any smoke or flames. Went to lobby where there was some haze and smell of something burning. No staff of Fire Department visible or to give an explanation of the reason for alarm. Found out after the fact bacon caught fire and was extinguished but no one to explain to guests as they were evacuating what was going on and to give instructions.

I mentioned to staff at front desk that there is a flaw with your sink in the bathroom. The faucet is too close to the back of the sink , making it difficult to wash hands. There was also a rusty spot in the bathtub in Room 106. The excess grout also needs to be removed from the floor in the bathroom in 106.

It took a while to get checked in but staff was friendly. The door to our room didn’t shut well. Not a huge deal. The breakfast choices were waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bagels, yogurt, muffins and toast. It was a good breakfast. The hotel is very clean.
