This budget motel opened 3 weeks ago and it was not ready. The sink fixture was too short to deliver water into the bowl, no grab bar in the shower and it didn’t look like a final inspection was made as far as cleanup and details. It probably wasn’t fair to the staff to open so soon.

We were on the 4 th floor air conditioning was not cool. Had to work to get the tv to work. The floors were dirty had to clean before we could move around. This is a new hotel chips out of bath tub and mirror. The faucet was the wrong size on vanity was not able to use as water went out the rim. Never seen this before. Online said a small deposit would be applied for condition and other charges it was 100.00

Newly owned hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a little lacking as they ran out of many items quickly. It was probably just related to being a new location with learning curves.

Friendly service, clean room, great stay!

Service here is amazing with smiling and friendly faces from the start to end of our trip! Staff was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and very comfortable to stay in for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was a nice spread with a cool touchless pancake maker, juices, and other selections with hot options even rotating day to day. The only issue we had was our key card had stopped working for our door a few times during our trip but thankfully someone was always at the front desk ready to fix this. Other than that it's was a great and affordable stay and we would love to stay again on our next visit to Prattville!
