Schöner Urlaub unter Italiern

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus in Predore einen schönen Urlaub mitten unter den Bewohnern auf der eher wenig touristisch geprägten Seeseite verbracht. Die Sauberkeit und der Gesamtzustand waren größtenteils in Ordnung und entsprach unseren Ansprüchen. Preis-Leistung sind aus unserer Sicht in OK. Für 5 Leute ist nur sehr knapp Besteck vorhanden, so dass wir nach jeder Mahlzeit aufwaschen mussten. Die in einzelnen Bewertungen angesprochene Parkplatzproblematik stellte für uns kein Problem dar - das Auto stand auf dem ca. 300 m entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz unterhalb des Ferienhauses und wurde sehr wenig bewegt - auf den oberhalb am Wasserwerk liegenden öffentlichen Parkplatz haben wir uns wegen der steilen Straße nicht getraut. Da man mitten unter den Einheimischen wohnt, ist früh und abends mit Verkehr und dem damit verbundenen Geräuschpegel zu rechnen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief mangels Italienisch-Kenntnissen problemlos in Englisch.

No go area

The house lacks maintenance and the cleaning is poor. Many items are broken, lights, furniture, toilet, sun screen and so on. There are visible body liquids in the blankets, rotten food in the fridge, left overs of shampoo and dried doods. Pictures in the advertisememt are old and shows the house in happier days. There is no parking facility on the grounds. It’s a really steep walk from your car to the house. Read also earlier reviews. These are accurate. We booked eleven days and left after four. It was a bloody shame.

Schöner Blick, aber Sauberkeit unterdurchschnittlich

Die Wohnung war mal schön renoviert worden, aber seit längerem nicht mehr ordentlich gereinigt worden. Dicke Kalkverkrustungen in den Badezimmern mit einem Sammelsurium angebrochener Shampoos etc in den Duschen, verkrümelter und dreckiger Kühlschrank und seit Monaten abgelaufene Lebensmittel in den Küchenschränken. Der überforderte Verwalter oder Inhaber fing am Anreisetag erst um 15h30 persönlich mit der Reinigung an, sodaß wir warten mußten bis er gg. 18h etwas hilflos seine Bemühungen einstellte. Zu allenm Überfluß wurde am vorletzten Tag noch das Wasser abgestellt und verplombt, da es wohl 'Vertragsprobleme' gab.
