There is nothing not to like. Clean, beautiful new hotel. Beds were super comfy, it was nice that breakfast was included, love having the fridge in the room. If I might suggest the only thing I found was the washroom could use a few more amenities. There is no body wash in the shower, there is no ledge or anything to put your own things on, in the shower. You have to leave it on the floor.

The Quality Inn is lucky to have someone as accommodating as Ashely. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable- including finishing a room up in order for us to have a place to stay. Wait was approximately 1.5 hrs at 10:30 p.m. to get a room that was booked for a month. Ashley was constantly apologizing and asking if there was anything else she could do to make us more comfortable. This lady deserves a raise!!!

The property is conveniently located near the highway and close by to dining options and short drive from Prescott Riverwalk. McDonalds, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Groceries are within a short walk. Complimentary Breakfast had cereals, Muffins, Bread, Yogurt, waffle maker, juice, tea n coffee, and scrambled eggs were served hot from the kitchen. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of parking space. We enjoyed our stay, will visit again.

This hotel was great - but what made it amazing was Ashley at the front desk. My 75 year old mother and I had actually booked a different place and when we arrived it was not what we were expecting. So we changed to the Quality Inn and I must say it was the best choice! As I checked in, Ashely actually apologized for our experience at the other place and did everything she could to get us settled in…and I thought that was impressive. Throughout our stay she helped us find places to eat and with some things that we needed. She made our stay that much better. The hotel itself is perfectly located and has a pool and free breakfast. Everything was comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!!

Love this hotel as it is still very new. There are cute and old boutique motels and hotels in the same area, but offering for the same price as well. Now why would I not choose this new hotel instead?! This new hotel is also located right off the highway, which is very convenient
