Totem Lodge is tucked away in the Bradshaw Mountain range on the outskirts of Prescott. This three bedroom, two bathroom home is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and wildlife. The home has a large open space floor plan, perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. It features a 65 inch Tv, a wood burning fireplace, pool table and slot machines. The artwork featuring local nature and serene colors throughout the home allow guests to fully immerse themselves into the natural surroundings.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Annual Courthouse Lighting in Arizona’s Christmas City, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: This large open space provides plenty of room to spread out while still being near those you love. You will find the TV area has comfortable couches to sink right into and watch a movie. The TV is set up to the internet allowing guests to log in to their favorite streaming accounts. You can enjoy a friendly game of pool with friends, enjoy the slot machines, play a card game at the kitchen table or enjoy a conversation at the kitchen bar while dinner is cooking! There is a wood burning fireplace for guest use, firewood is provided.

Kitchen: With the open space floor plan guests can mingle with friends and families while preparing meals. The kitchen is fully stocked. Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, gas oven/stove, toaster oven and blender.

Bathroom 1 : The bathroom includes shower/tub combo, vanity and plenty of storage. The bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guest use.

Master Bathroom: This bathroom features a full size shower and vanity. T he bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guest use.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser and a walk-in closet. There is a private entrance to the screened porch.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, closet and small seating area.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features four twin sized beds and closet space.

Laundry: This home features a laundry room accessed just off the main living area. Laundry supplies are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE
Totem Lodge features a large, covered deck that includes an outdoor dining table, propane grill, propane fire pit and outdoor fan. There is a separate fully screened deck, making it perfect for escaping the summer pests while still enjoying the forest breeze.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

PMI Northern Arizona may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.
