Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the dedicated home office and all equipment, the kitchen, laundry area, and garage, the full backyard with patio dining table, BBQ grill, and fire pit, and the RV parking area behind the side gate (code available on request).

Entry is via a personal smart keypad code — provided before arrival. No key exchange or coordination needed.

Two cabinets in the garage and the backyard shed remain locked and private. These are clearly marked and do not affect guest storage or living in any way — all remaining garage space is available for guest use.

We ask that all guests treat Tranquil the way they'd want someone to treat their own home. These rules are straightforward and designed to protect both guests and the property.

Do not move the fire pit — it is positioned intentionally for safety. Keep the spark dome on during use. One fire log is provided; additional firewood is available at Fry's nearby. Fire use may be restricted during high fire-risk periods — we will communicate any restrictions as early as possible.

LEASE FOR EXTENDED STAYS
For stays of 28 days or more, a signed lease agreement will be required. All payments are handled through VRBO.

The owner provided timely property access, information and assistance with all our needs. The home was welcoming, clean, had plenty of kitchen necessities and very comfortable bedding. The backyard included a very nice grill and was a great place to spend time. We enjoy hiking and this area has so many wonderful trails with awesome views. All the locals were very friendly.
