Lovely hospitality and friendly staff. The food was plentiful and tasty. We stayed for dinner and weren't disappointed. Breakfast was delicious too but no pastries. Location-wise I imagine in the summer it is gorgeous! The weather was awful the night we stayed and the howling wind and rain on the west-facing window kept us up all night, unfortunately. There were also large numbers of bluebottle flies living (and dying!) in the window frames. My children found the pool too cold so we only lasted 15 minutes or so. But the sauna was a great bonus! That was my favourite bit of the stay!

One night stay got off to a bad start as the room was cold and we couldn’t get the radiator to work. The ladies on reception were not sympathetic or helpful. It turned out the heating was broken and they had to get an engineer out. We didn’t use the leisure centre as thought this would be cold too. Once the heating was fixed it improved. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful . The food in the bistro and at breakfast was good

Our first time here and we’ll definitely be returning! Ideal for the beach as it’s so close by The staff are excellent really friendly and accommodating. Rooms spacious and comfortable.slept really well . No need for duvets as room was really warm . Thoroughly enjoyed our break oh and fabulous breakfasts from choice to service and quality ingredients and served piping hot .. well done all of you

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!

Stayed for two nights, nice quiet room. Clean and plenty of tea, coffee,bathroom products. Staff vey helpful and breakfast was nice an hot.. Had dinner there both nights, both were tasty meals, service was a bit slow when busy. Jeff and his team were very friendly. There was nice seating area to have a drink later. Pool was adequate and not too many in there. Hotel on beach front so great for my grandson. Overall a lovely place to stay. We will be back.
