Clean and well appointed with great little touches like milk water coffee and tea for the morning. Plus very centrally located. Would stay again!

Great location, well equipped and comfy. The room was clean, bed comfy and the little kitchen was well equipped. It was a lovely touch to have milk and water already in the fridge as well as lots of drink choices and some biscuits.
The view was the only downside as it looked out onto an alley with bins. The room also had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fan if you needed them.

We stayed in the 1706 apartment and wow what a place I am a regular guest at this hotel it’s always my go to place when in preston wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else always very high standard in all areas thank you again!
The room was immaculate and the amenities were great however as I was on the bottom floor, I could hear residents in the room above me talking and moving around which was an inconvenience as it disturbed my sleep. Due to the disturbance I didn’t have a good sleep
