This beautiful beach house is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just meters away from the beach.
The ultimate location for a family getaway. 10 minutes away from Margaret River and centrally located within the Margaret River wine region. Walking distance from 'Main Break' and White Elephant Cafe.

The Space
Sea Esta is a large family home perfectly located for an easy stroll to the beautiful local beaches.
Inside, you will find the spacious master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs, the other bedrooms and living areas are downstairs. There is a large open plan living area with high volted ceilings and wood fireplace for those cool winter nights.
The outdoor area is very enjoyable with large peppi trees that really create the beachside feel plus a great BBQ area.
A few sausages from the Saturday Farmers Markets followed by a cool glass of local white wine after a lazy day on the beach will mesh well with your stay.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
