dont waste your money

hotel was cold they had not turned heat on this was oct 3, 2015. it was hard to find front desk, was at other hotel .room was very noisy main road fronts hotel reviews said it was sound proof .only one window had room darkening curtains .couldnt get shutters closed. when we asked if we could move, they said none of the rooms were made up.thre was a bar down the strreet and you could hear the music playing ,went to the desk again to see if we could move and the old lady told us to suck it up.had a terible night there bed was hard .in morning we wanted too leave and go to another hotel and they were going to charge us for the extra night we had booked . in the end they did not . they were not happy we were leaving because they were out a nights payment . not very accomodating langue was also a barrier and i spoke some italian . we were on second floor and there was no wifi .never again
