Could use a deep clean of furniture.

The closet doors and room doors are loud when sutting and awoke several times in the night due to the noise. There was stains on the small couch looked like food, blood and an unknown substance.

This experience was horrible. We checked in and they said the card was not charged and they needed cash, which was strange. Provided cash and Khushi had no information about the breakfast, hot tub or where the room was, she also didn't provide a receipt. Got into the room and it had not been cleaned, chocolate under the bed, sheets not replaced and there was gum on the ceiling. There was no management in on a Monday and wouldn't be in until the next day. Someone came to clean the room but he used the ladder backwards and nearly went through it. Shail refunded us and we got a nice room at the Premier Best Western

Loud at night, considering it’s a pretty popular place, but if you’re looking for a good nights sleep maybe look elsewhere. Staff has good attitude, but hard to get their attention. I’ve waited at the front desk several times on check-in, and also have seen other people wait for quite a long time. A bell should be there if they’re going to sit in the office for as long as they do.

We were there for 3 nights and only got about 10 hours of sleep combined. Kids running up and down the hallways and doors slamming all night every night. On the last night we had a party in the room next to us. The hotel is brand new and a very nice hotel but they need to invest in a security guard that patrols the hallways.
