It was a lovely inn. The staff is very friendly and quick to help. The only thing I would say is we can hear the neighbours. The rooms are not very soundproof.
Our room was excellent. Spacious and the bed very comfortable. The owner, Natalie . was very efficient aand helpful. She was always cheerful and able to give advice when necessary.
Unfortunately the breakfasts we had were very expensive ($20.00
approx) and had little flavor and small portions.
Quel endroit magnifique!
Beautiful inn with lovely rooms! One note is that there's zero sound proofing, so depending on the room you hear everything. Depsite this, would absolutely book again when in PEC.
We loved our short stay at Jackson’s Falls Country Inn. Our room was comfortable and clean, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts prepared by owner Natalie.
Would highly recommend!
The check-in & check-out experience was easy, we had everything we needed, and our stay was a good experience. The room we had was nice and the property is lovely. Our room had an outdoor porch attached to it, which was unexpected and nice. One strange thing happened in the morning before we checked out though. A couple hours before check out time, someone entered our room unexpectedly. They had the room code to enter and it was not the housekeeping staff. We said "hello?" then they promptly said sorry and left. It wasn't an issue, but strange, and concerning that someone had access to our room. We left at check-out time and had no issues otherwise.
We came to get some R&R and really enjoyed staying at the proeprty. We were able to see lots of stars and hear the birds. We were a short drive away from town, so staying at the location saved us on other expenses. Overall it was great and we enjoyed it.
Unique period property, which was fine for a one night stay & provided good value. The check in process was automated & fine but throughout the stay we had no contact with any staff or management at all. The room also contained no information about the locality. It would have been appropriate for staff or management to check in with us at some point.
Easy coded access, simple, clear check in and check out instructions. Quiet pretty properly.
Only downside for us is we would have appreciated an earlier time for breakfast.
Jackson’s Falls Country Inn is an elegant Inn. From the moment you enter this Inn, there is a sense of calm and relaxation created by the beautiful setting, and the carefully chosen decor. I was impressed by the personal touch provided by Natalie before we arrived as well as during our stay. When we entered our tastefully decorated room with dark wood ascents that sense of calm and relaxation continued. This Inn makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service provided by Natalie and the attention to detail in the rooms and throughout the
Inn. When we entered our room there was a cold bottle of water in the fridge as well as a variety of teas and coffee capsules to choose from. We loved staying here. The bathroom is modern and has a rainfall shower. Our room provided the perfect respite after a day of visiting museums, and sightseeing. We had breakfast in the creatively decorated “School House” Restaurant and it was delicious. This is one Inn you will enjoy staying at if you are in Prince Edward County. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to our next stay at Jackson’s Falls Country Inn.
A very charming Prince Edward County Inn with spacious, comfortable rooms, lovely property and friendly owner who is also a great cook. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.
Jackson’s Falls Country Inn was beautiful. The surrounding area was tranquil and lovely. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were fabulous-friendly, professional and very accommodating. The entire Inn was clean and rustic. So much history to see throughout the Inn.
Pat, our host, was amazing. She helped to make our stay exceptional!
We can’t wait to come back!!
Nat, the owner was amazing-we had an issue with our initial reservation and she was gracious, quickly rectified the situation and gave us an unexpected upgrade. We found the property cozy, quaint and definitely ‘country-fied’. A historic building with its quirks but lovely. The food on offer is definitely worth exploring. Perfectly placed for browsing the area for treats and spirits of any sort.
