Good location, close to the community centre. Denny’s on site and Moxies close by. Kitchenette was sufficient but has limited items. Odd that the facilities does have any scissors. Pool and gym are small, but functional.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we were checking in. We waited a long time and then another customer called the hotel from the lobby and someone came in. The room was clean but smelled a bit off. Lots of places to eat nearby. Lots of parking if your vehicle is under 6'.

Hotel is fairly old but updated, rooms were clean. Beds were uncomfortable too soft but that just a preference. I wish all hotels would remove carpet and have vinyl especially in a pet friendly room. Overall it was decent, for the price id stay again.

So my cleaning lady her name was Pat. She was unbelievable. I have Arthritis, and she heard me in pain, and she literally took all my bags down 2 sets of stairs for me. Oh, that's the other thing you guys really need a elevator on both sides and the receptionist when I checked in did not. Give great directions. She said the elevators were that way and we ended up walking around for ten minutes, trying to find it, which got me in a crap load of pain, which that upset me.But the cleaning staff and the receptionist the morning after were absolutely amazing.But pat, the cleaner definitely deserves a raise.

Walked into our rooms and there was red stains all over the floor by the beds and under the table. Didn’t mind it at all since it was only a one night stay. Bathroom was somewhat clean and there was debris all over by the sink.

No hot water

Everything was very good, except no hot water, when I questioned the front desk they said there is sign, there was a small sign but at the other end of the check in counter, at no point of the check in I was never made aware of any issues with hot water.
