When we arrived, there was an overflowing garbage pail immediately outside of the entrance. When we left, it was still overflowing. The TV didn't work and maintenance came and 'programmed' the remote to work with the TV (why wasn't this done prior to arrival?). There were several wasps in the room, and when I asked, they said that they are in the vents. I paid extra for breakfast at the restaurant and it was very minimal and not worth the cost--bagels, yogurt, prepared eggs, potatoes and bacon in a buffet setup. That said, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet (aside from loud a/c unit). Lovely and empty pool and gym.

Great if you like being ripped off. Was presented at checkout with someone else’s food and drinks bill but with my name on the check (but no signature etc). I complained and the duty manager said she would investigate and send me the evidence of the charge - this hasn’t happened, no response to emails but the wrong charge is now billed to my credit card.

My stay here was great! They accepted my pet dog which was nice and also offered a first floor room for easy access outside. The highlight was probably the bed, SO comfortable! The king size fit 3, but a fourth probably could’ve fit as well. Very soft pillows and warm covers - slept like a baby.

My family booked two seperate rooms. The rep that checked us in was awesome. I think if the rooms would have had a microwave that would have made the rooms that much better.
