This condo has everything you need! 3 portable AC units, one in the living area and one in each of the 2 bedrooms. Great layout with the bedrooms on separate ends of the condo like a 2 master. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen and a twin. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Complete full kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Keurig and regular coffee makers. New bedding, glasses, crock pot, etc. We provide a multi-function air fryer that can grill fish wonderfully! (gas BBQ's are not allowed). There is a flat screen in both bedrooms and the living room, with DVD and BlueRay players. Full beach gear, boogie boards, masks, fins, chairs, ice chest, towels. Baby gear includes, pac n play, "umbrella" type stroller, blocks, toys, and baby safety. NOTE: that if any item is deemed to be a safety risk it will be removed.
