This is a great choice for your Kauai vacation. Air conditioned living room and master bedroom, this second floor condo is the kind of place that has made Princeville a sought-after vacation destination. The condo has been beautifully furnished with great attention to detail and includes two workstations in the spare bedrooms which are ideal for remote workers.

Located in the heart of the Princeville resort community, this condo is near a walking path, the hotel, the library, the Makai Golf Course and Princeville Shopping Center. There is a fitness center right in the complex. The beautiful white sand beaches for which Kauai's north shore is famous are a short drive away. Other activities nearby include helicopter tours, horseback riding, zipline adventures, hiking and a seabird refuge.

Shopping and dining are available right in Princeville as well as Kilauea and neighboring Hanalei. The charming town of Hanalei a few minutes away offers vintage, plantation-style architecture, a collection of eclectic shops and an array of eateries.

Beyond Hanalei is Haena and the end of the road. You'll enjoy gorgeous scenery along the way and, if you feel like hiking, you can find the trailhead for the Kalalau Trail off the parking lot at Ke'e Beach.

We so enjoyed staying here. It is located in a great area- great walking paths. The king bed was so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, even Tupperware. They provide chairs and boogie boards for the beach. I highly recommend this place.

Kaua’i Plantations - great experience

Awesome place! Inside unit is clean, roomy, comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequately furnished. Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel kits available for use! Great central location, close to everything, yet nice quiet development. Pool/grill area well furnished and well maintained. Gym in clubhouse adequate for lifting/cardio workouts, and reasonable access times.The property manager was very accommodating, accessible and prompt on requests. Give them an A! We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay!

This rental was very nice! It had all the necessities and it was super clean! It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The community is very quite which I really enjoyed. It was about .5 mile to hideaway beach, about a 2 minute drive to shops and about about 7 minutes to Hanalei. It was wonderful.

Enjoyed the facility. It was furnished nicely and had all the essential amendities. This included beach accessories. The only concern I had which I understood per reviews was the outer bedrooms were not vented with air conditioning. Although fans were provided it Was still miserable. But otherwise happy with property.

Very nice condo and good location. Needs some updates. But over all it was very nice. Pans did not sit on the stove very well and the dish washer didn't work great. Please clean the carpets, they were pretty dirty when we arrived.

It is a nice 2nd floor unit with garage.The large AC unit in the living area was enough to cool the whole unit. The carpet could use shampooing or replacement. The garbage trunk comes about 730am. Otherwise the unit was great and the area was peaceful.

Beautiful Property

There were 3 couples and the 3 bedroom 3 bath accommodations were perfect. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful landscaping, very comfortable. Close to everything North Shore and conveniently located near the main highway. Highly recommend!

Perfect for family getaway

The location was perfect--quiet neighborhood with a quick drive to beaches or into town for restaurants and souvenir shopping. We loved the extra space. The management was super helpful in letting us book an extra half day so we could stay till our late flight out of Kauai.

An amazing week, a beautiful place to stay!

I had the task of finding a place to stay in the Princeville, Kauai area for a girls trip. I found this place and we couldn’t have been happier! The location was perfect, the unit clean and beautifully furnished and provided everything we needed. Besides the kitchen being well stocked, the garage held beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for our enjoyment. I would definitely love to stay there again!

Excellent for families

Great location to many beaches, grocery store and shopping. Rental was perfect for our family of grandparents, parents and an infant. The property was as advertised with no surprises, check in was easy, staff was very helpful before/during rental process and there was no need to contact once we arrived as there were zero issues! Others have commented on carpet, while it is a bit worn, it is a rental and you can not expect it to be in pristine shape with people coming and going constantly. I would absolutely recommend this rental, an if we ever return will stay here again.

Good location, but most likely have to drive to beaches, but has a pool onsite, which was nice. The patio/deck was great and fun to eat on. Check in required picking up keys in Lihue, but worked out since we flew in. Property managers were very communicative. Like the layout of the condo. Overall good experience.

Great property

We really enjoyed staying here. Having 3 bdrms/3baths made it very convenient and everyone had their space. The process was easy and convenient. The hikes, tours and areas we had planned were more on the other side of the island tho so we had a bit of a drive but it was a beautiful drive! There is no beach access but didn’t bother us cuz we planned on visiting all the beaches and had excursions planned. It was nice that there was beach chairs and toys in the garage to use as well. The condo was very clean except for the carpet, there was multiple stains. Other than that it was great!
