Relaxing stay among olive trees

We truly enjoyed the relaxing stay on the premises! The site is magnificent: A large field of olive trees, a hangmat, no view from the street, plenty of semi-shade and places to sit and at the center a nice 4 by 8m pool which is illuminated at night. The house is very basic but has everything you need. Although we just used it scarcely, all rooms are climatized. From the lot you can reach 2 handful of sand and pebble beaches within 5-20 minutes by car. Even so the small city of Nin and the larger Zadar. The entire region is not crowded and has quiet and calm athmosphere.

Geheimtip fĂŒr absolute Erholung

Das Haus ist idyllisch gelegen inmitten eines weitlĂ€ufigen Olivenhains. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Jeder Raum ist mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengittern ausgestattet - sehr vorbildlich! Wer lauschige Abende lieber drin verbringt kann sich mit Sat.-TV und DVD - Spieler unterhalten lassen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr netten Vermieter - sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, immer bemĂŒht, dass die GĂ€ste ihre Ruhe geniessen können. Bei Ankunft gab es zusĂ€tzlich ein Willkommensgeschenk. Das absolute Highlight war fĂŒr uns der phĂ€nomenale Pool (ca. 9x4m), der Nachts sogar beleuchtet war. Dort genossen wir tagsĂŒber die absolute Stille und den Blick auf die umliegenden OlivenbĂ€ume. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub und sicher ein Geheimtip fĂŒr Alle, die Erholung und absolute Entspannung suchen!

Wer Ruhe liebt, wird das Haus mögen. Schöner Garten mit OlivenbÀumen, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Ausstattung okay. Der Besitzer macht eine Willkommensrunde und war immer hilfsbereit.

Super erholsamer Urlaub!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus und das jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal. Das Haus ist einfach aber man hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind wahnsinnig schön, der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen!!

Erholsamer Familienurlau

Wir wurden sehr freudlich vom Hausherrn empfangen, der uns den Ort, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und StrÀnde gezeigt hat. Der Ort bietet mehrere StrÀnde zu baden und schnorcheln . Das Haus selber ist sehr sauber und in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, umgeben von OlivienbÀumen, wo man sich richtig erholen kann. Wir haben uns mit der Familie richtig erholt.

Tolles Ferienhaus fĂŒr Hunde

Wir ( mein Mann, drei Hunde und ich) haben vom 1.9-19.9.2019 in dem Haus unsre Sommerferien verbracht. Vermieter machte zum Kennenlernen eine kleine Spritztour durchs Dorf und zeigte uns alle wichtigen Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten... Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist etwas Ă€lter, aber sauber und erfĂŒllt absolut den Zweck... positiv ist, dass jeder Raum seine eigene Klimaanlage hat. Absoluter Traum ist der große Pool und das schöne GrundstĂŒck mit der eigenen Olivenbaum Plantage...das GrundstĂŒck ist komplett eingezĂ€unt, liegt abseits (nur ein Nachbarhaus) und schön mit Bambus bewachsen zur Straße hin...also ein absoluter Traum fĂŒr Hundebesitzer mit wachsamen Hunden đŸ€— Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht...es gibt zwei extra HundestrĂ€nde, aber auch so jede Menge Möglichkeiten mit den Hunden Baden zu gehen...in der Neben Saison ist mal teilweise komplett allein am Strand 🏝 uns hat vor allem der Abschnitt rechts und links von der BrĂŒcke nach Vir sehr gut gefallen... Unsre Lieblingsrestaurants waren das Amico, Sabune und Konoba 😋

FĂŒr uns ein perfekter und erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus, dass genauso wie beschrieben war. Die Austattung ist zwar einfach aber wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen und die kleine Stadtrundfahrt, die er zu Beginn mit uns gemacht hat, um uns die wichtigsten Stationen zu zeigen, hat uns bei der Erstorientierung sehr geholfen. Der Garten mit seinen schönen OlivenbĂ€umen ist sehr groß und der tolle Pool darin ist sicherlich das Highlight. Er mĂŒsste ca 9m lang und 4m breit sein. Mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 3 Minuten am ersten Badestrand und in ca 30 Minuten in Zadar. Nin und die Insel Vir sind auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub genießen dĂŒrfen und waren sehr froh auf so einen netten, gastfreundlichen Vermieter zu treffen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letze Mal da.

La maison est comme nous l'espérions, au calme dans la verdure.bien agencé et fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire nous a superbement bien accueilli. Si je devais revenir dans cette région, je reprendrais sans hésitation cette location.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances (2 parents + 3 filles ado + 1 chien). La maison est tres bien située pour aller se promener à pied dans la campagne ou atteindre les endroits à visiter en voiture (Nin, Zadar, Pag...). Elle est trÚs bien entretenue, et Domagoj est trÚs accueillant et disponible si on manque de quelque chose. La piscine, entourée d'oliviers avec les hirondelles qui viennent y boire, est un vrai plus, il a fait trÚs chaud cette année ... Bref, un endroit super !

Ein perfektes Haus in guter Lage mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Das Haus ist gut zu erreichen, sehr ordentlich innen wie außen. Es ist das erste Haus in dem wir definitiv nochmal wohnen möchten wenn wir in Kroatien sind. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich (mal abgesehen von einer Flasche wirklich leckerem Wein, die wir beim Einzug bekamen) falls wir fragen hatten konnten wir ihn immer erreichen. Das Haus ist klein, hat aber alles was man benötigt, (eine kleine SpĂŒlmaschine wĂ€re noch praktisch gewesene :). ) Das GrundstĂŒck ist recht groß mit 3 verschiedenen Schaukeln,auch eine fĂŒr kleine Kinder. Der Pool ist groß (4x8m geschĂ€tzt) und war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter kam alle 3 Tage zum reinigen. Mein Mann, meine Kinder und ich haben einen perfekten Urlaub dort gehabt und wir waren sehr traurig nun fahren zu mĂŒssen. Hier nochmal ein großes Dankeschön fĂŒr ein tolles Haus und den netten Kontakt
