They take all your credit card information at check-in even if you have paid the stay in full. Don’t stay there, avoid it if you can. From my side, I will never stay in Radisson again. Pitty, I liked their hotel in Istanbul.

Hotel location is great , staff were all vey helpful and courteous . Herrado, the doorman , was especially helpful and friendly. One star off due to noise from plumbing in surrounding rooms .

Best hotel in Montevideo with everything nearby

Wonderful location, staff offered us a room on higher floor facing west for the sunset. We went to nearby beach for the sunset, but for the arrangement, we are very grateful. Spacious room excellent location, nearby walking street, overall, very satisfied.

Room was very spacious and clean. Pool was nice, but hot tub seemed a bit neglected. We were unable to use the hot tub as it required scheduling at the spa desk, which we never found staffed.

The hotel is in the city centre. Very good location for public transport. Staff is nice and, polite and helpful. Room size is excellent. You have everything you need in your room. We would’ve complained about anything. The only thing that could be better is to have some TV channel in English for the tourist

The staff here is amazing, however; this hotel needs new windows as you can hear everything from the outside and I was pretty high up. Including the fact that the air made loud cracking noises that disturbed my sleeping. Great central location to all the main things to see like the plaza, art galleries and a short walk to the food market. However, they had people (homeless men) that asked for money or protection of your car or walking you into the hotel. The hotel needs to curb this! This felt very unsafe as wait for an Uber, etc. Also the property is very dated and the room smelled terribly bad. I would not stay here it is a great hotel. The only thing great about the place is the STAFF!!!
