From this central living space, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and entertaining. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each of these rooms benefits from its own private shower and WC as well as individual air conditioning. The remaining 2 bedrooms are also each equipped with a French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning. A separate shower and WC, as well as an additional separate WC, complete the bathroom facilities of the villa, bringing the total to 3 bathrooms throughout the property.
