This villa has beautiful views across the bay to the mountains. It is very peaceful. The property is well equipped and Fred was very communicative and ensured all was well. The property adjoins his second villa and the pool is shared between the two houses. The best thing is the fact you can walk into town where there are numerous restaurants. The beach is also only a short walk away. The return is up hill via a fairly steep paved path but it is manageable. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and the bakery itowards town(less than 10 minutes walk).

Very comfortable self-catering villa

We spent two weeks in this villa in July. The villa is very comfortable with good living and dining areas both inside and outside. While the days were hot, the villa is situated to receive the sea breeze and we always found it to be cool and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for self-catering. There are a couple of large supermarkets a short drive away from the villa (I recommend the Casino). Propriano has a good number of restaurants and bars for drinking and dining out and is an easy 10 minute walk down the hill from the villa. And while you do need to walk back up again, we didn't find it too difficult. WiFi worked well and there is a TV but we didn't watch it, preferring to spend our time looking at the great view of the town, the bay and mountains. The area has some good hikes, particularly in the area around Belvédère-Campomoro, Bilia and Portigliolo and also from Olmeto and a good walk from Porto Pollo to Plage de Cupabia and back. The pool was very refreshing at the end of a day's hiking. Fred is a very accommodating host and communication with him was quick and easy. I would recommend this rental for self catering holidays.

Traumurlaub vom ersten Moment an

Wir haben uns in der Villa Amelie von Anfang an pudelwohl gefühlt! Ein kleines Paradies! Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von den beiden großzügigen Terrassen ist unglaublich schön! Wir haben dank der guten Betten super geschlafen, der Pool ist herrlich. Einen besseren Vermieter als Frédéric kann man sich nicht wünschen: Er hat uns bestens betreut, seine Ausflugtipps waren alle fantastisch, er hat alle Hebel für uns in Bewegung gesetzt und es ist ihm schließlich gelungen, unseren verlorenen Ehering wiederzufinden!! Danke vielmals!!! Propriano ist ein perfekter Urlaubsort, nicht zu überlaufen, schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, alles da (wir empfehlen den Bäcker, den Käseladen und den Metzger gleich unten), sehr schöne Restaurants und Cafés, toller Strand! Wir kommen wieder!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt konnte man in den Tag auf der Terrasse starten oder schnell in den Pool springen. In fünf Minuten war man am traumhaften Strand mit glasklares Wasser oder in der Stadt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich/ hilfsbereit. Bäcker/ Spar fünf Minuten fussläufig. Umgebung wundervoll.

Excellent Sejour villa Amelie vacances de pâques

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans la Villa Amelie. Nous sommes arrivés tard et le propriétaire c'est rendu disponible pour nous accueillir. Le proprietaire est tres sympathique et à l'ecoute. La maison est fonctionnelle, bien agencé pour recevoir une famille de 4 ou 6 personnes. Elle idéalement située a 5 minutes du centre de Propriano. La piscine est trés bien entretenu et chauffée. Je recommande cette location.

Schöne Villa mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und hat von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Porpriano und das Meer (absolut top). Alles war sauber und insbesondere der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt und wird vom Eigentümer sauber gehalten. Der Check-in ist einfach und Fred, der Eigentümer, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Amélie Il y a une plage magnifique et très peu fréquentée à 5 min montre en main de la maison. Nous sommes également très proche de toutes les commodites, à pied concernant le centre ville de Propriano et en voiture pour les « supermarchés ». Fred est très sympathique et serviable . La maison est bien entretenue et indique les espaces communs de la piscine . Je recommande !!!

Comfortabele villa

Prettig verblijf gehad in Villa Amelie. Goede uitvalsbasis voor allerlei tripjes. Het huis kijkt door een hogere ligging mooi uit over de baai. Zwembad is heerlijk en groot genoeg. Het huis ligt in een woonwijk, je kunt naar het centrum en het strand lopen in letterlijk 10 minuten. Terug de heuvel op doe je er misschien iets langer over.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est identique au descriptif, décoration soignée, spatieuse, très propre. Piscine très bien entretenue. Accès direct en centre-ville en 10 min à pied. Vu imprenable sur la baie. Hôte sympathique et très réactif au moindre problème. À répondu à nos attentes malgré nos horaires d'arrivées et de départs décalés. Nous recommandons vivement.

Villa exceptionnelle près de la mer

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans une villa merveilleuse près de la mer à Propriano, réservée via Abritel, et nous sommes absolument ravis de partager notre avis très positif. La villa était d'une propreté impeccable et bien équipée. L'hôte était extrêmement gentil, à l'écoute et discret à la fois, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. De plus, la villa était idéalement située à proximité des commerces, ce qui était très pratique. Cependant, la véritable vedette de notre séjour était la piscine, qui était tout simplement géniale et a apporté un bonheur immense à nos enfants. Nous tenons à exprimer notre gratitude à l'hôte et recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances mémorables à Propriano.
